The design concept for this project is about designing a platform which brings work, life and learning together, to support and increase interactions between diverse worker types in Singapore. Driven by who and what is the future of work, the project addresses three over arching strategies.
A new tenancy model

As Singapore is already largely built up, this project chooses to readapt an existing building in Singapore; to understand the potentials and limitations of office towers in Singapore’s CBD in adapting to the future.
Breaking down the office tower into smaller clusters with different themes and communities. Working clusters inclusive dynamic working environments are connected with public clusters of varying themes of activity, from health to fitness, culture and leisure. The gradation in scale of social interaction aims to support and encourage more collaboration among current and potential working partners.
